Grade 5 – 8 Outreach Activity | House of Mercy
On February 11, grade 5 – 8 students had an opportunity to visit the House of Mercy, a center that caters to orphans, provides shelter, literacy, and AIDS prevention programs. This project is a part of the students’ outreach activities that provide them learning beyond school walls.
Outreach activities teach students to build character to serve those in need through charity work. Volunteer students also join in the short visit to the venue to donate the items and funds. We would like to thank our parents, students, and teachers for working hand in hand to make this activity successful.
