Welcome Message from the Chairman
It is my great pleasure to welcome students, parents, faculty, and staff of Ramkhamhaeng Advent International School as we embark on another academic year (2024-2025). This year holds special significance as we proudly commemorate the 25th anniversary of our institution.
Our school has been profoundly blessed, celebrating numerous milestones that have nurtured RAIS into a thriving community of excellence. Our students have consistently excelled academically, demonstrating unwavering dedication to their studies. They have actively participated in international contests in Mathematics and Science, musical presentations both on and off campus, SASMO, VANDA, the International Science Competition, an art exhibition at the Bangkok Art Center, the International Fair and Festival, and TEDx presentations. We commend each of them for their diligence and commitment.
As usual, our graduates of 2024 were accepted into universities abroad (12%) and within Thailand (88%). Last year, RAIS students achieved a highest SAT score of 1510 and an average score of 1180. The highest IELTS score was 8.5 with an average score of 7.0. We commend our students for their academic achievements.
Physical fitness and sportsmanship are integral to our school’s ethos. Our students have once again showcased their prowess in various sporting events, demonstrating exemplary teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship, and have been crowned champions in the International Schools Athletic Association (ISAA).
Over the past year, we have made substantial investments to enhance our physical infrastructure, ensuring our facilities are state-of-the-art and conducive to learning. The elementary school science lab was relocated and fully furnished with new furniture and facilities. A newly constructed dance studio has brought joy to both faculty and students. Additionally, a new VEX Robotics laboratory was equipped with necessary software, hardware, and kits. As part of our annual cycle of computer replacements, all computers in one of the labs were upgraded to the latest high-speed models. To enhance campus safety, a new security system is being introduced at the main gate of the school, benefiting the entire RAIS community.
To equip our teachers with the latest pedagogical techniques and educational trends, we have organized numerous workshops, seminars, and training sessions. These initiatives ensure our educators can provide challenging and engaging learning experiences.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed parents for entrusting us with the education and well-being of your children. Your unwavering support, involvement, and collaboration have been instrumental in our collective success.
I am profoundly grateful to my fellow administrators, faculty, and staff for their dedication and commitment, often extending beyond duty hours, contributing to the success of our students and the institution.
As we commence the new academic year, we eagerly anticipate embracing new challenges, striving for excellence, and growing together as a close-knit community. Let us continue to work hand in hand, supporting and uplifting one another, ensuring that RAIS remains a beacon and a place where dreams become reality.
