RAIS Model United Nations (RAISMUN) is an educational simulation where students role-play as delegates to the United Nations and simulate UN committees. This activity provides students with a platform to develop skills in diplomacy, negotiation, and public speaking, while fostering a deeper understanding of global issues and international relations. Participants research their assigned countries, debate topics, draft resolutions, and collaborate to find solutions, mirroring real UN proceedings. MUN encourages critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership, making it a valuable extracurricular activity for students interested in global affairs.
