The goal of the Guidance and Counselling department is to achieve the optimum development of an individual student through self-direction, and self-development.
The Guidance & Counselling Department is part of the student services at the school. Its primary functions include facilitating students in exploring their identities and potential, as well as ensuring the emotional health and stability of all RAIS students.
Our goal is to assist students in making the most of their school years and helping them make wise decisions about their future. This is accomplished by facilitating growth and development in various aspects of life, such as educational planning, personal relationships, and living with oneself and others in society.

Responsive Services
Responsive Services encompass a variety of interventions and support mechanisms designed to meet the immediate needs of students.
Parent conferences, Referrals, Student monitoring and observation, Individual counseling, Group counselling, collaboration with outside agencies or resources. These services aim to address students’ personal, social, emotional, and academic challenges promptly and effectively.
